Jonathan Boldin is responsible for the creation and oversight of the MAP Lender’s Training and Development program for underwriting personnel. He reviews and approves new MAP and LEAN underwriters’ qualifications using current HUD guidelines and ensures Arbor complies with statutory, regulatory, and programmatic underwriting processes, requirements and standards.
Mr. Boldin joined Arbor in 2013 as a MAP underwriter and advanced through the ranks to become SVP, Chief Underwriter, in 2020. Before Arbor, Mr. Boldin served as a commercial loan underwriter and financial analyst for Great Lakes Financial Group. He performed a wide range of accounting and underwriting functions, including financial reporting, analysis, and tax preparation. His career began as a Senior Accountant at Howard Wershbale & Company.
Mr. Boldin holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration from DeVry University, and MAP and LEAN certifications from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
