Michael Fliderman

Director, Sales

Michael Fliderman joined Arbor in 2022. He is responsible for originating loans across all of Arbor’s portfolio of products including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, Private Label, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity transactions nationwide.

Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Fliderman worked as an Underwriter for a 3rd party Fund Administrator, Industry FinTech Inc. based in Miami, Florida. In this role, he underwrote and assisted in placing debt for multifamily, office, industrial acquisitions, and development projects.

Mr. Fliderman graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Technological Systems Management.
